The Tiptoe Travels – Travel tips and advice for your modern day backpacker
Hi! My name is Scott and Welcome to The Tiptoe Travels! I’m glad you’ve stumbled upon my travel tips blog. I am originally from Winnipeg, (that’s in Canada for those who don’t know) but have spent the majority of the last three plus years backpacking the world. I am fortunate enough to make a salary as a digital marketer, working a remote position, and have been able to embrace the digital nomad lifestyle and learn a number of travel tips along the way.
Many people think living and working abroad is the dream, but to be honest it’s not always sunshine and rainbows while traveling. I won’t lie, it’s pretty cool working and living abroad, but for all the not so glamorous moments, I’ll document the struggle here. Many of my mishaps traveling could have been avoided. The main goal of this blog is to help make your personal travel easier.
I hope you enjoy my various travel tips and advice. This travel blog primarily focuses on budget travel, general travel advice, language learning, and diverse lifestyle tips. I am on a mission to keep traveling the world, living abroad, learning languages, and experience as much as I can along the way. Cheers!
